Daniel Berger

Daniel Berger
Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder
Daniel Berger is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Founder of Prime Family Office, based in California. Mr. Berger is focused on the firm’s U.S. West Coast and European activity. He designs private structured financial instruments and oversees fund performance, combining quantitative methods from econophysics through Adagio with leadership selection and development. He works closely with tax and legal counsel to target returns measured net of fees, expenses, and taxes.
Mr. Berger is also the founder and Managing Partner of GP Ventures Capital Management, a strategic opportunities fund that applies the same quantitative and leadership framework across asset classes, including private equity, private credit, hedge fund trading, and arbitrage strategies. The fund is offered in growth-optimized and fixed-income-optimized variants.
Before founding GP Ventures, Mr. Berger served as Chief Revenue Officer at Intersection Capital, where he led the expansion of the firm’s equity capital markets and investor-relations platform and trained several hundred entrepreneurs. Prior to Intersection, he spent six years as Chief Strategy Officer at Vidanta, where he helped grow annual closings from $250 million to $940 million and trained more than 3,000 investment professionals.
Mr. Berger serves on boards of advisors and investment committees for funds and companies across Business Aviation, Defense and Aerospace, AI and deep tech, and consumer goods. He previously served as Board President of the Live Oak Waldorf School, a non-profit in California.
Mr. Berger studied International Management at Europa-Universität Flensburg in Germany, with majors in Media Management and Organizational Management.

Wade Lahmann is the President, Chief Operating Officer, and Co-Founder of Prime Family Office, based in California. Mr. Lahmann brings nearly four decades of experience advising clients on wealth planning, investment strategy, and long-term financial structuring.
Mr. Lahmann is also the founder and President of Financial Solutions Network, which he established in 2005. The firm was built around a team-based advisory model, drawing on a network of specialists rather than relying on the expertise of a single advisor. Over two decades, Mr. Lahmann developed the practice of identifying and vetting top subject-matter experts across the disciplines that now define Prime Family Office’s six core services — Tax Architecture, Legal and Entity Structure, Investment Portfolio, Estate and Dynasty, Insurance and Risk, and Lifestyle and Concierge. That work became the bedrock of the integrated, multi-specialist model Prime Family Office delivers today.
Before founding Financial Solutions Network, Mr. Lahmann served as Vice President of Sales at Cornerstone Financial Partners, where he worked with advisors and clients across Northern California, and as a Registered Representative at AXA Advisors. He began his career in 1987 at GE Financial Advisors, rising to District Manager for Northern California and ranking among the firm’s top producers over a sixteen-year tenure. During his years at GE, he built a client base that continues to anchor his practice today.
Evan Gruchot

Evan Gruchot is the Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder of Prime Family Office, based in Miami. Mr. Gruchot joined the firm through the combination of EG Capital Holdings, which he founded and where he continues to serve as President and Chief Investment Officer. The combination brings nearly $500 million in assets under management, along with Outsourced Chief Investment Officer mandates and consulting relationships with several private equity and venture capital firms representing more than $10 billion in aggregate assets, onto the Prime Family Office platform. Mr. Gruchot also serves on advisory boards for firms across private equity and private credit.
Before founding EG Capital Holdings, Mr. Gruchot served as Chief Investment Officer at GFG Solutions, where he had previously spent over two years as Portfolio Manager and Director of Investments. Prior to GFG, he was Director of Investments and Financial Planning at Clarity Financial Planning Inc., where he selected the investment allocation for more than $150 million in pension, corporate, and individual client assets and built customized investment models grounded in modern portfolio theory.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Gruchot was Business Development Associate and Wealth Advisor at Prairie Wealth Advisors, where he ran South Florida operations for a Registered Investment Advisory firm managing more than $300 million in assets. He began his career as a Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual in the firm’s South Florida Group — Miami Office.
Mr. Gruchot received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.

Karim Mawji is the Chief Investment Officer, Leadership-Driven Strategies, at Prime Family Office, based in Naples, Florida. Mr. Mawji brings more than thirty years of experience in finance and specializes in event-focused fundamental investing, with a particular emphasis on evaluating how leadership and governance shape long-term shareholder value.
Mr. Mawji is also the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Eagle Talon Partners, the governance-focused investment firm he established in 2020. Eagle Talon evaluates whether newly appointed Chief Executive Officers and the Boards that select them are positioned to create or destroy long-term value, combining investigative diligence on senior leadership with fundamental, bottom-up business analysis. The firm offers its G-Leadership strategy through long/short, long-biased, concentrated best-ideas, and single-name co-investment expressions, serving family offices, entrepreneurs, and senior executives.
Before founding Eagle Talon, Mr. Mawji co-founded Paragon Intel, where he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer, Head of Research, and a Board Member from 2017 to 2020. Paragon institutionalized the Chief Executive Officer–focused investment framework Mr. Mawji had developed across his career into a scalable research platform now used by leading hedge funds across the United States and Europe. He remains one of the firm’s largest shareholders.
Prior to Paragon, Mr. Mawji founded and led Dentonia Park Capital Management, an event-driven hedge fund focused on special situations and high-conviction short positions. Over more than six years of strong risk-adjusted performance, he refined the leadership-focused investment framework that now anchors his work. Dentonia Park returned outside capital in 2015 and was transitioned into a Single Family Office, which continues to invest with a flexible, opportunistic mandate in early- to mid-stage private companies and alongside Eagle Talon Partners in publicly traded securities.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Mawji was a Portfolio Manager at Perennial Investors, where he led the alpha short portfolio for a long/short hedge fund managing approximately $350 million; an Investment Analyst at Scout Capital Management, where he expanded the firm’s Global Special Situations strategy across geographies; and a Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley, where he served as second-in-command of an internal hedge fund and helped grow assets under management from $200 million to $800 million. He began his investment career as an Investment Analyst at Healy Circle Capital and as an Equity Research Associate at Morgan Stanley, where he covered the life insurance industry and supported transactions including $10 billion of demutualizations and the $23 billion acquisition of American General by AIG. Earlier still, Mr. Mawji spent five years at Deloitte & Touche in Toronto, advising middle-market companies on M&A, restructuring, and financings, and serving as interim Chief Financial Officer of a public company.
Mr. Mawji serves on the Board of the Parkinson’s Association of Southwest Florida.
Mr. Mawji received a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Canada and is a CFA Charterholder.

William Charles Snyder is the Head of Aviation and Real-Asset Strategies at Prime Family Office, based in Boca Raton, Florida. Mr. Snyder builds and operates vertically integrated platforms across aviation, defense manufacturing, industrial rollups, and private credit, designing structures that acquire, lease, and finance real assets to generate long-term yield for institutional and private investors.
Mr. Snyder joined Prime Family Office through the combination of The Collective Fund, the firm’s defense and aerospace strategy, where he serves as Co-Manager alongside Stuart Mullen. The Collective Fund is a multi-strategy private fund focused on firearms, safety, defense, and aerospace investments. Mr. Snyder also continues to lead the Stratos platform of operating companies, including Stratos X Private Aviation, where he oversees the Private Aviation Growth Fund and the Stratos Stations specialized aviation platform; Stratos X Leasing Company, which offers bespoke leasing solutions for private aviation; and Stratos X Management Partners, the platform’s management arm.
Mr. Snyder is the founder of the Stratos platform and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of The Stratos Group, where he built the firm’s initial portfolio of aviation operating companies. He has spent more than two decades founding and scaling ventures across multiple industries, with a focus on identifying domain experts and building teams around them to execute on real-asset strategies with institutional discipline.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Snyder served as a Real Estate Investor at WCS Investment for more than six years, building a portfolio of properties across Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Georgia, and Florida.
Mr. Snyder studied Business, Management, and Marketing at the Berklee College of Music.

Eugenio Briales Gomez-Tarragona is the Chief Capital Markets Officer of Prime Family Office, based in Boston.
Mr. Briales is also the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of EB Shaw Securities and a Managing Director at GT Securities, advising issuers and funds in both emerging and developed markets on domestic and cross-border debt and equity capital raises. He has more than fifteen years of combined experience across capital markets and financial services.
Before EB Shaw and GT Securities, Mr. Briales served as Head of Capital Markets at JUSTLY Markets LLC, an Ideanomics company (NASDAQ: IDEX), where he was responsible for global equity and debt offerings and led the build-out of the firm’s institutional investor platform supporting family offices. Prior to JUSTLY, he was Capital Markets and M&A Director at Finalis and Vice President of Investment Banking at Young America Capital, where he executed M&A and equity/debt transactions across software, consumer, TMT, and real estate.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Briales served as a FinTech Scientist at the MIT Sloan School of Management Finance Group; as a member of the World Bank Group’s Insolvency and Creditor/Debtor Regimes Task Force; as an Expert on the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group VI on Security Interests; on debt restructuring and exchange rate system projects at the International Monetary Fund; and as an Investment Policy and Promotion Specialist at the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group. He began his legal career as an Attorney at DLA Piper and as Legal Counsel at Citi in Madrid.
Mr. Briales teaches executive education at Harvard Business School (FinTech, Mobility Tech, and ESG Investments) and at Harvard Law School, where he has taught corporate governance, corporate restructuring and M&A, securities and financial regulation, digital finance, IPOs and exchanges, market structure and high-frequency trading, and family enterprise governance since 2015. He is a Fellow of the Program on International Financial Systems and previously served as Professor of FinTech Investments and Regulation at the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
Mr. Briales received a Doctor of Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Master’s degree in Finance and Securities and a degree in Public Policy, cum laude, from Georgetown University, and completed graduate studies in Law and Economics at Harvard Law School, in International Law at the University of Vienna, in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and in Global Leadership at Harvard University.

Tinja Anderson is the Head of Revenue and Growth at Prime Family Office, based in Houston. Ms. Anderson leads revenue strategy, client acquisition, and platform growth across the firm.
Ms. Anderson joined Prime Family Office through the combination of EG Capital Holdings, where she serves as Chief Revenue Officer and continues in that role. She is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor with more than eighteen years of experience in consulting, strategic sales, and business optimization, focused on helping founders convert operating success into structured, long-term wealth. Her practice integrates business strategy, tax design, and investment architecture across the disciplines that define a multi-generational financial plan.
Concurrent with her roles at Prime Family Office and EG Capital Holdings, Ms. Anderson serves as a Financial Planner at Solyco Wealth in connection with the firm’s alliance with Prime Family Office, where she advises clients on holistic financial planning and financial advisory matters. She is also the founder and host of The Pursuit of Excellence Show.
Before joining EG Capital Holdings, Ms. Anderson spent nearly seven years as a Financial Planner at uFinancial Group in Houston, where she focused on business succession and transition planning, key-employee incentivization and retention strategies, comprehensive retirement planning, and employee benefit design. Earlier in her career, she served as a Strategic Sales and Business Optimization Consultant at Anderson & Mitterling for more than ten years, where she trained over fifteen hundred Cameron and OneSubsea personnel across global divisions and developed more than five hundred business cases supporting competitive differentiation, value-proposition design, and executive training. She continues to consult independently with Tinja Anderson Strategic Sales and Business Optimization, where she has trained more than two thousand fast-track talent and executives and developed more than eight hundred business cases with quantifiable return on investment.
Ms. Anderson received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the College of Charleston, with a minor in Spanish, where she was elected to Sigma Delta Pi, the Spanish National Honor Society. She also studied Spanish at the Universidad de Sevilla and began her undergraduate work in Communication at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Jonathon Soucier is the Head of Structuring at Prime Family Office, based in California. Mr. Soucier leads the firm’s asset protection and tax optimization practice, with a particular focus on founders and entrepreneurs preparing their businesses for transition, sale, or generational transfer.
Mr. Soucier is a Chartered Financial Consultant, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and a Chartered Life Underwriter. He has spent more than fifteen years designing tax, investment, and structural strategies for high-net-worth families and business owners, with deep expertise in advanced planning techniques across entity structure, insurance-based wealth design, and post-exit liquidity strategy.
Mr. Soucier joined Prime Family Office in connection with the firm’s alliance with BMI Consulting and the Wealth Teams Alliance, where he serves as a Senior Partner and Chief Marketing Officer alongside Dr. Guy Baker. He was introduced to Dr. Baker by Pacific Life in 2020 and has since contributed to the development of advanced tax planning and case design capabilities now available to Prime Family Office clients.
Before joining BMI and the Wealth Teams Alliance, Mr. Soucier served as a business consultant for a national marketing organization, helping the firm add advanced supplemental planning services to its standard sales practice. From 2016 to 2020, he was the advanced planning specialist for one of the largest life insurance marketing organizations in the country, where he designed tax, investment, and financial strategies for high-net-worth families and business owners and worked extensively with the principles of modern portfolio theory and the efficient frontier.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Soucier founded DaVinci Financial in 2012, an independent financial services firm that he led until his exit in 2015. At DaVinci, he built an automated recruiting platform covering twenty states, integrated telemarketing systems to generate sales opportunities at scale, and pioneered the firm’s electronic back office. DaVinci was among the first organizations nationally to adopt DocuSign for new business transactions.

Al Knobloch is the Head of Private Client Solutions for the Western U.S., Europe, and the Middle East at Prime Family Office, based in Los Angeles. Mr. Knobloch leads the firm’s tax, estate, and asset protection practice for high-net-worth individuals and closely held business owners across these markets, with a focus on entry and exit planning, taxation, liquidity events, and multi-generational legacy structures. He spends a significant portion of each year in Europe and the Middle East, where he maintains deep relationships across the ultra-high-net-worth community.
Mr. Knobloch is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Trans Global Consulting, which he established in 2019 to deliver customized solutions for high-net-worth individuals and business owners. The firm advises on reducing, deferring, and eliminating taxes through the integration of business, tax, and legal frameworks across private transactions. Mr. Knobloch also serves as Group Leader of the Tax Masters Affinity Group at ProVisors, the professional services network, where he has led the group since 2017, and as Managing Director of The EMCO/Hanover Group, a risk management and business consulting firm.
Mr. Knobloch’s practice draws on more than fifteen years of work alongside the law firm Givner & Kaye, now KFB Rice LLP, where he developed deep expertise in tax planning, estate planning, and asset protection.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Knobloch was an Agent at Keller Williams Realty in Westwood for nearly a decade. He also spent several years as an owner-developer in real estate.
Before transitioning into financial services, Mr. Knobloch spent sixteen years in the music industry, including eleven years in corporate marketing at Sony Music Distribution, where he served as Retail Marketing Manager for the West Coast. Earlier roles included Director of Manufacturing at Triloka Records.
Mr. Knobloch received a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Psychology with a minor in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Kansas. He also completed an Associate of Arts in Mathematics and Physics from Barton County Community College.

Madison Gavulic is the Head of Compliance and Operations at Prime Family Office, based in Birmingham, Michigan. Ms. Gavulic leads the firm’s compliance function and operational design, working closely with the executive team to strengthen the firm’s compliance foundation and scale its operating infrastructure as the platform grows.
Ms. Gavulic joined Prime Family Office in connection with the firm’s alliance with Solyco Wealth, where she serves as Manager of Compliance and Operations and continues in that role.
Before her current role at Solyco Wealth, Ms. Gavulic spent more than three years at Solyco Capital, a private equity group focused on capital solutions for late-stage startup and growth companies, where she most recently served as Strategic Wealth Associate, Chief of Staff, and Compliance Lead. In parallel, Ms. Gavulic served at FluidLogic for three years, most recently as Associate to the Chief Executive Officer.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Gavulic was an Account Executive at United Wholesale Mortgage and began her professional career as a Youth Advocate and Mentor with the Michigan State University Adolescent Diversion Program, working with the Ingham County Juvenile Justice System to mentor adolescents within the court system of Lansing.
Ms. Gavulic received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University, with minors in Youth and Society and Cognitive Science.
Greg Drennan

Senior Advisor
Greg Drennan is a member of the Board of Advisors of Prime Family Office.
Mr. Drennan has more than thirty-five years of experience in real estate, with a particular focus on self-storage and express car-wash operating businesses. He is a Co-Founder of Crescendo Properties, which he established in 2002 with Tim Wright and Chris Vaterlaus, and a Co-Founder of Quick Quack Car Wash (originally Splash & Dash), which he founded in 2004 with Tim Wright, Chris Vaterlaus, Jason Johnson, and Travis Kimball.
Crescendo Properties contributed its twelve-property self-storage portfolio to LifeStorage in 2012, at which point Mr. Drennan joined the LifeStorage board as a Board Member and acquisition advisor. LifeStorage sold its eighty-four-property portfolio to Sovran for $1.3 billion in 2016, after which Crescendo Properties began assembling a new self-storage portfolio.
Quick Quack Car Wash has grown from fifteen locations in 2014 to more than three hundred and fifty locations in 2026. The company sold a non-controlling minority interest to KKR in 2024 at a $2.85 billion valuation.
Mr. Drennan began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick, where he qualified as a Certified Public Accountant. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
