SMS Program Description
Prime Family Office operates an SMS outreach program for B2B appointment setting and follow-up communications directed at post-exit founders. The program is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Initial outreach to schedule qualification calls
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Follow-up after meetings or prior engagement
- Rescheduling and logistical coordination

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by contact and outreach stage. Recipients typically receive between 1 and 3 SMS messages per outreach sequence. Prime Family Office does not send recurring promotional SMS blasts.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Prime Family Office does not charge any fee for SMS communications. Contact your carrier for details on applicable rates.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications from Prime Family Office at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of a STOP request:
- Your number will be immediately suppressed from all active SMS lists
- You will receive a one-time confirmation that your opt-out has been processed
- No further SMS messages will be sent to your number
- Your opt-out status will be recorded in our CRM as Do Not Contact

Consent to Receive SMS
SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have engaged with prior Prime Family Office outreach via LinkedIn or email. Prime Family Office does not send cold SMS to individuals who have had no prior engagement.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service agreement.

Prime Family Office SMS operates across all major US carriers. Carrier support includes but is not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, Metro PCS, and US Cellular. Carrier availability may vary.
Limitation of Liability
Prime Family Office is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by carrier networks, technical outages, or factors outside our reasonable control. We make no warranties regarding the timeliness or guaranteed delivery of SMS messages.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Modifications
Prime Family Office reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued engagement with Prime Family Office communications following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
